The studio suite had all the basics covered - there's central heating to keep you cozy, a flat screen cable TV for entertainment, and a microwave for your snacking needs. 🍿 the bathroom even had a bathtub, which was a nice touch. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

this hotel was reasonable base for exploring maryland heights, greatly enjoyed it. the staff were dedicated and very attentive as i expected. the property was in a favourable location close to the airport as well as downtown. it also was in the middle of jackson.
The hotel staff was kind of rude.

The location on Lackland Road offers close proximity to a variety of restaurants and shops, making it convenient for guests. the rooms feature clean beds and some well-maintained walls. the convenience of a hide a bed adds versatility to the accommodations.
Inadequate cleanliness and maintenance of common areas such as the carpets and walls.

The sink cabinet was falling apart. The toilet moved when I sat on it(I dont weigh a ton). The faciity looked good on the outside, used ...dormitory look in the hallway. There was a strong smoke smell in the lower hallway when we first walked in. The windows screen were out in the first room that we got so I had us moved.

The staff was extremely friendly! The hotel was clean & in good condition, not to mention a great location. The appliances were also neatly cleaned & operational. The beds were so very comfortable!! The mattresses have very little movement which allows the other person to remain sleeping if u get up for any reason.
The cable sucks!! Only had about 20 channels to watch & none were interesting. The only other complaint I had was the smell from the hallway carpets. Carpets were old & absorbed lots of cooking/dirty smells, & it was difficult walking the halls. I also didn't like that the room isn't cleaned but every 7 days, as that was not mentioned/seen when booking, & we had lots of trash by the end of our stay. Overall though, clean facility!
